Jetender (Account manager), Pradeep (Operation manager) this is the main culprit who encourage to people to left the company they will do nothing only torture employee and threat employee for terminate. I promise they will not to work as a recruiter in any other company if they will get out from Sagebeans

SageBeans having very good environment with their staffs and This was my first job and earlier i don't have any idea about corporate sector but SageBeans teach me how corporate works, Being a fresher SageBeans teach me alots So, Thank You SageBeans RPO

Attendance problem because we are not familiar with biometric attendance earlier so sometime we missed up with attendance.

The management & senior employees are coperative and helpful. They try to push you to learn more about your role & responsibility. The free meal provided is cherry on top and you will enjoy the working with meal.

Dislikes

There are some hidden points on offer letter, so have to cross check accordingly with your HR. Salary & increment process is bit weird here, so please have a transparent discussion with the HR/owner during discussion.

It is a very good company to start with. Work culture is amazing over here. If you are thinking about job security this company is best even if you are not performing, they give you extra time and help you improve. If you want to gain knowledge then this company can provide you.
