Dislikes

Worst company ever. They make you slog like pigs but will withhold your salary and wouldn't even understand family medical emergencies. Founder and CEO are high on the investment they had received but now that it is running out they're desperately trying Fortune 500 companies to pay them a huge amount. Fortunately, there's a reason why Fortune 500 companies are Fortune 500 and you aren't able to grow above 30 employees in the last 3 years because all you care about is money and nothing else. If any current employee is reading this. Please leave ASAP. Founders don't give a shit. You don't have a Sales team anymore and the top management is leaving one by one. Leave ASAP.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
