...ave got very bad experience of interview , which I need to share with everyone. I was called for interview , after 20 minutes discussion with HR regarding my present salary and Expectation salary , salary breakups . But after attending interview , they have asked for all documents like 3 month salary slip , Bank details and even made to get medical report at my expenses . Inspire of knowing my expectations since day 1 , they are offering Management decided CTC . My only question to everyone that why they are calling for interview , when they knew your expectations is out of budget.and wasting my time , money , efforts . Be careful about this Company , know about this Company and then go for interview , it's your choice. Which is not my expectations

...need to come on time but if you leave on time, you gonna hear on it some day. 5. No support in Covid - come to office or loose the job, salary cut on CTC basis

1. For freshers It is good. Get to learn whole import process from start to end. 2. but if you joined as fresher. so your first corporate experience will be very bad.

Dislikes

1. Horrible place to work. 2. If your perfomance is low. you can loose your job. 3. Lot of pressure of work. 4. There is no appreciation for good work. But you mistake for once then you have to listen a lot and the way of shouting is really horrible. 5. You cannot work peacefully. there are always shouting going around you everyday. 6. Very less holidays in year. You cannot take more leaves also. 6. Management never do respect of employees. The treatment is is always like clerk and labour.

Work from home and regularly have to go the market for sales and marketing for orders

Availability of product to customer lead time and of time delivery alone is a negative feedback but not at all time some rare cases it happens

The only thing I like about working at safe ref is my colleagues. They’re more capable than working in this firm but due to covid they couldn’t risk their jobs. We had fun working together. One or two directors are very nice with employees but not all of them as there are more than 5 directors.

Dislikes

Directors only think of themselves and self-centred. The decision making power is so poor as there are more than 5 directors and each of them put their commands on employee which will lead to pressure on employees and incomplete work.
