I worked in India Office which was setup at a Consultancy office. System & Software were quite good but had so many chances for improvement. Overseas Offices were well equipped with good working systems.

...of offered remuneration was withhold (with our consent) as a kind of security. Payments were received on 10th of every month (to stop from if someone leaves immediately after salary receipt). Furthermore, My co-ordinator and my one manager was also from Europe who interpreted some of common administration calls like housing loans, bank calls, marriage Proposals. Those calls were Considered as "Finding New job" and were used against me in appraisal. Food was Provided for staff but the food quality was not so good and sitting area was often unclean with ants etc. Any new request made to the Director was attended by some of his subordinates and was never completed and eventually forgotten by employees. To be honest, I was treated rudely, by Director, several times for speaking up against all above conditions.
