Dislikes

The first year with the company was good and I've got a handsome increment because of my performance, but later the wing totally changed. Currently, teammates are horrible except some, absence of career growth, politics at its peak, lack of innovation and creativity, improper annual appraisals, many of the times your achievements may get unnoticed, sometimes you have to behave like a mute spectator irrespective of what happens in front you, freedom of expression related to projects and official works is unlawful.
