The MD Mr.Ajith sir is very good person and his daughter Rhea ma'am also very nice person. If we get a chance to show your skills Infront of them they won't forget us, and they will give priority to us.

In AP plant there are many more undeserved superiors are misleading the India's one of the best company just because of their own benefits. HR is the worst person in the company. Even he is not fit for the job. He is not a responsible employee for the company. there are group politics are going on. They will corner you if you ask something as a right. I thought it would be better if I bring these things to The MD's concern. But I have no hope wether they will trust me or not. So I simply quite my job. This is my honest review as a previous employee of saddles Andhra Pradesh plant.

manager in Management Looting from past the day he joined, creates Fake Employees and transfers the salary into his account, Company Matèrials will be diverted 25% before reaching company, Other all accessories suppliers will contact him for the Commission before its finalised with Company Owner, He was Caught red handed but still he do politics and sitting as brainless & useless mgr cracking useless jokes, he Won't tolerate if anything Fingered on him bcoz he knows he is Misusing d company, Good employees left bcoz of his Culture, character and Company Owner is Damn Good person, he shows some of his works goes by his luck well But definitely not by hard work or his Talent, Paralley he transfers Company amount to his Own business, Accountants are being taken by his choice So definitely Every thing is Going only bcoz of his Time.

Frankly Speaking" Company Manager is Damager, May be Company is Doing well bcoz of only One man Army now that is Owner (M.D). Materials will be diverted before it reaches company, Commission will be taken by him before its Finalised with M.D, Accountants are taken by his choice Obviously amount transfers are easy to fill his Bank balance, accounts made are to all his family members for easy Transfer, Good employees are made to resign send them with his Meaningless enemity, He has to survive but Definitely not others Who want to make Company well and Good, he has done Degree in Doing dirty politics. but definitely his Bad and dirty mind should and will end Soon , We pray God to end his Dramatic shows of Manager and Let know the Hidden reality of him by Company owner. NOTE : its all about old Manager from mysore
