In this types of companies is only for taking experience, and go for another company for salary increment, you get good experience of tool design and development because there is a lot of pressure to the designers for design 3 to 4 tools in day, but they don't think about their employees.

Dislikes

In this company their is no skill development, no training to employees, no timing to go home , no increment, they only take their work. Their is a lot of politics and management doesn't address you and if you have good relations then or previous know then only you get increment and it's doesn't give a single leave if you take any leave your salary will get cut.
