They give good compensation, good appraisal, hr is too good to understand your concern but the job security is not there if you are hired for any client.you will have to resign if the project is completed or client doesnt renew your contract with them and sa company doesnt put you on bench for more than 2 week

No Job Security if you are hired for Any client .you will survive till your contract is running.when.contract end they asked you to resign from the services.

Nothing worst organisation which I ever seen

Worst Work life balance, worst hr policies, no spocs, hr management worst, they will recruit based on projects, they will relieve you immediately if there are no projects, they won't give you the proper notice also, don't join in this company, it's my sincere advice
