The company is is open to innovation and really adopt latest technology. here, all teammates are very cooperative and responsible for their work.

Compensation is average. But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work very hard but my manager unnoticed my work strength.also, there is no proper job training. So here, I do job very painful.

It is totally a family owned business. There is no policy at all. Only two or three persons decide what is to be done. Good professional advice from the employees are not encouraged. MD decides everything.

Company is not ideal company to join. Management is the worst. They will hold your salaries for 3-4 months and say they don't have enough funds. Work culture is also not ideal. I was part of this company and have left this company way back and still struggling to get my Full and Final. I know more than 5 employee who left this company and still haven't received their dues. In short don't join this company.

Hold your Salaries for 3- months. Work life balance is terrible. Job security is terrible also.
