The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Training and lectures held In the company time to time for their employees to know about new techniques and to know about new acts , rules and their benefits for the society and company which was really helpful ...Working in team was great experience of course either that is small task or big but cooperation and team effort was great to achieve the goal..
