No likes .... all Dislikes only They won't pay salaries on time in S&T India & no Appraisal in last two to three years , No Proper department wise SOP, all things mess up , No motivation, my Personal life became pathetic & became MENTALLY CHALLENGED person after joining S&T India, For all new initiatives /up gradation of procedures/Systems we face FUNDS PROBLEMS !!!!!! , No support from top management,

This is a sub contracting company and there is a chance to work with diffrent companies and different types of materials
