Knowledge and exposure.

Dislikes

Toxic management. Bias behaviour. No personal life. They will want you to come on time but will behave like weird when you will leave on time. They will hold you late on purpose specifically on Saturday’s.

Work life balance is very poor. The company requires 90% of your time, even on weekends, and also no Saturdays off, gets really hectic working for 9 hours straight on average and 6 days.

The environment is very terrible in this S&R. Work life balance is very poor to poor. Teammates are approximately all uneducated. Job security is zero. Nobody dont knows tomorrow he will work or not? Career growth is decreasing.Learning is zero.
