of late, the work became monotonous and boring. so much changes in the management just to have the new mgmt identity strong. much stress on cost cutting rather focus on improving efficiency. more talkers than doers.

People first organisation, offers get wellness benefits be it medical or parental benefits. Salary offered is not comparatively low but overall the benefits and culture would bridge the gap. Great learning and management

Senior leadership are trying best to make it great place to work. And it is actually great place where you can start your career as a fresher.

...) every meeting they will compare you with other employees and discourage you. (3) whenever you will get bonus and increment, you will feel that your manager is giving from his pocket. They will treat like that. (4) senior leadership are not aware about how the bottom level of employees are treating from their managers.

The good part of working here is that company is investing a lot in employee development and skill enhancement.

Compensation is a big issue here...And there is much of a disconnect with senior management.

Lots of racism, people sitting in US thinks they are much superior. I am in Data science field and my counterpart who doesn't know about data science things that they knows better than our team in India.
