...e school. In the middle of the academic year also they are Terminating teachers. They are holding the salary of teachers saying that there are few students who did not give the school fees yet. And the management had decided that, only if they pay the school fees, teachers will get the salary. They will not make any teachers permanent there, so that they don't need to give extra allowance of that. Instead of supporting the staff at this crucial situation they are trouble the teachers.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...ates are supportive and the management is transparent. Work environment is good. Appraisals are fair and salary hike is good. Observations and performance evaluation of teachers on regular basis which keep them sharp and tuned.

Dislikes

Traditional way of teaching and lesson plan making. It needs to be digitalized and inspections should be less. Christianity is followed which should not be there. Moreover we are Indians so no particular religion should be followed.

It provide good quality of teaching aids to teachers and hence new and mordern method of teaching techniques have adopted.

Dislikes

sometimes delay in payments and salary occurs.Promotion of teachers post not accepts.

...idden skills here. Work load is undoubtedly too much. But that's understandable. Comparatively salary is much less compared to the other schools.

Only that the salary is not at par with the workload.
