Nothing much except Teachers Get together celebration.

Dislikes

Almost everything, even they make their own teachers pay for the gifts that they give to students. Teachers are made to do all the unnecessary work which are not a part of their duty. The amount of work they make us do, they don't pay accordingly.

Likes

I didn't like anything. The place is a hell hole. The people at management dominate over you and make you feel horrible about yourself everyday. You live in fear every minute you are in the building. You are shouted and yelled at infront of students. It's more like a place where they convert you rather than an institution that promotes education.

Dislikes

The people who work at Ryan are amazing. The teachers are extremely qualified. However the pay is very low. The amount of work they make you do is a lot to what they pay. The management at the top is very strict where a minor mistake by you can lead you to loose your self respect. You are not allowed to be friends with your team mates. You can't eat your lunch with them. If your clothes are not proper you are insulted. Even if you are minute late they deduct your salary. They make you work extra after school almost everyday and during events it's extremely stressful as you are expected to overtime and other people's jobs. My time during Ryan was so scary that it actually left me with trauma. They are unethical and biased in all ways. I worked there for two years. However one thing I will always appreciate is the people you meet there.
