Don't join IT department - salary is random , no job security , HR head asked me that they are looking for someone to stay near powai - I am ok if company pays for me staying in powai . they dont have systems and processes and management is only behind hiring there is no culture and promotions

Salary and bonus are really good. Job security is high unless you have performance problems.

RXO is great place to work. It gives you the opportunity to work on good tech stack and more importantly it also encourages you to learn and grow

Job security is something which major set back to work at RXO. You job can be taken at any point of time whenever they find your replacement at cheaper price

It's using latest technology as all products are newly build and RXO is also a 2 year old company.

1. Shift timings 12 to 9 pm and 1 to 10 pm 2 Cost cutting at every step when it comes to rewarding employees. 3. Freight recession affecting salaries 4. Extreme pressure on existing workforce as people are very less who are joining RXO

I like the work life balance that RXO has provided me with and also the work culture here is great. It provides the freedom to use your thoughts and easy the process in any way you can by providing all kinds of support

Work from home is being discontinued. At least once a week should be allowed.
