Nothing as such. There is no growth in the company.

Dislikes

The company has no values. They terminated me without notice period. When asked for the 2 month's notice period amount, they started saying that I had already served notice period. How can they lie so much. I send them a email again asking for the money, it's been 3 weeks they haven't cared to inform me about it. They have not yet replied to my emails. This is how RVKS treats it's employees.

Nothing. People over there will not support you in any way. They are not concerned about articles and employees' learning and growth. They want money from the client. They are very good in insulting. They will use all the words(incl. Bad words to make you feel bad and hurt) and they incl your family to insult you. There is not chance of getting respect from partners.

Dislikes

Everything. People don't give respect. They don't give positive feedback to you. They will always insult and make a person hurt. No support, learning and growth. They don't have good clients. and losing the clients as well because of their behaviour.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
