If salary related issues will solved then it will be the best opportunity and best job for me because this office is nearest to my home . I need to take care of my family . Looking at the current situation on market value /price the salary amount is very less . Need hike on Salary .Otherwise This company not even much manpower .too much short manpower due to that heavy workload on every staff . Not a single opportunity to improve our skills . But the culture and initiatives taken by this comp. Is very nice.

A good place to start your carrier but if ur an experienced individual then only select this company if u get an opportunity in the same domain & also no appreciation will be given to you unless u demand it.

... the amount is not given. Davalgaon center manager and HR not working on timing. My request is to pay my gratuity amount in this month.

Ruralshores will never allow a person to work as per SOP explained at the time of interview, They don't want qualified professionals, They don't want persons who works sincerely as per company Norms All the Management people are corrupted and they work for bribe. If any employee working sincerely means, they'll lose their bribe, so the employee will be removed without any proper reasons and procedures. They'll say that they Abide to SOP, but the truth is they Abide to money only...

There is a lot of politics and they never encourage south people to grow up... If you ask for salary on time, you are a culprit to the company. Person with ZERO expectations and with ZERO responsibilities.....can work here... I'll never recommend this to any one....

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
