There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It was very good company and I have learned lot of from this oeganization. It is very good flat form to work for rural people and I would like to say thanks for this because it's providing the employment for lot of rural people students.

Everything is good but I would like to say only one thing that salary is very less for the job

No any special words for rural shores as i have work in company and daily basis i have notice that naukri is continue or not every day is in last day

A good place to start your carrier but if ur an experienced individual then only select this company if u get an opportunity in the same domain & also no appreciation will be given to you unless u demand it.

Ruralshores will never allow a person to work as per SOP explained at the time of interview, They don't want qualified professionals, They don't want persons who works sincerely as per company Norms All the Management people are corrupted and they work for bribe. If any employee working sincerely means, they'll lose their bribe, so the employee will be removed without any proper reasons and procedures. They'll say that they Abide to SOP, but the truth is they Abide to money only...

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and they never encourage south people to grow up... If you ask for salary on time, you are a culprit to the company. Person with ZERO expectations and with ZERO responsibilities.....can work here... I'll never recommend this to any one....
