Rupeek Fitech Company is good only for salary and there is no career growth such thing as management and here the work timing is very bad, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, no senior support.

... the resigned the company has not paid Full and final amount even after 45 days. There is no support of Human resources, if you have any problem with salary and petrol allowance. This coming here employee to make salve only . Never work in this shit company. They hold salary and your petrol expenses for no reason. At the time of interview they told me you will get 20000 + petrol however I have not received petrol amount for last three months.

Citi heads not understand market situation and they well do work for against company given target (e.p company told weekly 3 case has to be done but sales head put the pressure to do 7 case. ).In tamilnadu no employee not work for morethen 3 month in the company seriously management sure analyze to this for company future.
