No likes for this company. Environment is not at all conducive to work. Very toxic environment due to favouritism and biasedness of both the owners. This company does not even deserve 1 , if anything would have been in minus I would have recommended that.

...of HR . Little knowledge is a dangerous thing - this perfectly goes fit for her. She dreams of being an HR wherein she does not know the minimum ethics of not disclosing salary. She boasts her salary to be double of actually what she receives. She has a habit of poking het nose into everything without any knowledge. She does not know any ins and outs of HR but has the habit of insulting the HR. She rottens the whole environment but the management does not take any step becoz of biasedness. Other employees get affected for her behaviour. If the company dreams to be MNC it's a far away path if the management is blind towards this kind of disturbing element. Any HR whoever would join beware of this element

Job security, no blame gaming, employees do not keep on nagging regarding the policies, compensation is good enough, its a 150 yrs old company having own tea gardens, office timings are till 6pm only- most employees leave by 6pm, alternate Saturdays are off, employees are cooperative.

Company as whole is good, but because of few managers discrimination and favouritism, and working as a puppet of his wife is destroying it's good tea culture and also spoiling the name of the company. Manager feels proud of removing an Assistant Manager from his job, instead of building a strong team. This is what is going on in one of the Tea Estate of the Company in Golaghat.

Facilities provided here is good and the surrounding environment is very quiet and peaceful.

Dislikes

Working hour is not fixed. Here we have to work hole day and night including Sundays without any overtime pay.

a. The man in the power tells you to do his house works. b. Once you ask the management for something you will face consequences for that. c. Office politics is at its peak. d. they will promise a lot of things and than deny those all of a sudden. e. I am gonna stop writing, coz now that I think of, I will cross the word limit if write everything I have here
