Most important for employees the pay scale is very attractive and the Group gives full value to the qualification and experience at the time of joining if the candidate is found suitable to the requirement. There are many other things good to say about the Group.

Dislikes

Ruia Group believes in discipline which is not understood by employees at time and they feel that the Group does not give leisure time. But once we step into the office we should focus on our work instead of wasting time gossiping around. This is mostly with the fresh comers because of inexperience but later they understand the value of discipline and also find it applicable to their home life.

... management provides fooding and conveyance for the employees working till late. Some times salary gets delayed as in other organisations also but usually it is well on time.

...ice starts at 9.30 am but no time to go it may take 14 hrs of a day also mostly. Salary not at time. Mainly the main business is collapsed. So no source of revenue generation. No career growth. No work culture. Poor job satisfaction. Terrible work life balance.

Terrible work life balance, Worst middle managment, No time to exist, 14 hrs per day working hours.

I have been associated with Ruia Group for last 15years as an admin & PR and b my own experience i can say that this organisation has many things to offer to its employees. Amicable environment, work exposure, interaction with outside works including Ministries, bureaucrats and other liasioning opportunities. The efforts are well praised by the Management and necessary support is provided by the senior management. Good place to work.
