For ITSA Department 1) Good Clients and Projects 2) Supportive Staff

Dislikes

For ITSA Department 1) No Work Life Balance. 2) If you break the bond and pay the bond money, there is no guarantee they they will give the experience letter. The employee is just harassed. 3) After Appraisal was declared, the employees are given another bond to sign as they want to keep people for long time. 4) There is no review performed by Managers and Director so the quality of end deliverables is poor and the resources do not learn about quality. 5) The HR does not take the feedback given by employees during the Exit Interview and still the ITSA department has lost all good resources. 6) No real time training of work is provided to employees. There is a training provided on 2 nd Saturday, but that is mostly irrelevant to the work.

Good clients and few seniors are cooperative.

Dislikes

This place is not at all a good place to work. They don't pay you when you are not having any engagement in hand due to no fault of yours. There is communication gap between seniors due to which you have to suffer both mentally and financially. Overall pathetic place to work.

Nothing other than the Subordinate staff which is way too nice and helpful.

1.Pathetic Leadership ( Wonder how they call themselves with such titles) 2. One of the worst firm I came across they have a huge clientele and there were N number of projects still they deducted almost 50% of the salary during last year. 3. They make u slog for more than 12hrs but you are allowed to update only 8 Hrs. Of work with only 75% consideration for WFH. 4. They will find every possible way to deduct your salary. 5. They fail to realise work life balance they make u slog on weekends also even during non busy months 6. You are expected to travel on weekends but you wont get any benefits for the same. 7.FnF also take more than 90 days which is even more pathetic 8.No increments 9.Even Reimbursements takes more than 60 days. 10. Join only if you enjoy living in hell.
