...verall working environment is not up to the mark. No employee/flexible benefits. Just the in hand salary. Very limited WFH. Just 4 in a year. Low technical growth progress.

Dev team is very supportive, when anyone faces challenges. And manager especially Ankit Mehra is supportive too.

Increments are very poor. They had given 4% increment in first year 33% of variable. In second year, they give 10% increment and didn't give me my promised variable amount. And now in hr portal they have completely ignored my variable.

Very poor HR & Administration management. No automated time management system, No Motivation policies from HR, No professional behavior during notice period and while full & final settlement.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tehnology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
