...ch make RS Infra the bestest Company ( Plant Surajpur and Sikandrabad k-11) : 1.) No Salary Increment , They increase salary one time in 2 to 3 years and there is no percentage of increment , they only increase your salary by 500rs , 600rs , 700rs, sometime 1000rs like we are labor and working for 500rs. Hahahaha 2.) Training 0, we all wants growth in our life but here when there is no training no support , no one will learn future growth career boost capsule. In Rs Infra you are only labor, so please join it carefully. 3.) Job Security- here we should give -minus 5 , in every 2 to 3 months , the list came to fire the employee without any reason. This is really so funny , but what about who don't have another job but they don't think for it. 4.) Work Environment- Horrible, If you ask to any Quality person which do work here , they can only tell you the reality of work Environment. 5.) About Owner- Abusive person, Not understand and listen of employees, and never talk sensible points only he talk of production , paisa bs paisa , not think about other points. Not think of Company reputation. In last I want to say to all who wants to join that , if you have any other job go for it otherwise don't join it. It's better to give time to ourself at home and study for 3 months rather to join this company. Thank you.

I have already mentioned all about dislikes and in simple again I want to say Kuch bhi Acha nhi h wha! Be careful. One Last Bhaiyo Ye kbhi kbhi Din mei bhi duty aur Raat mei bhi duty fir din mei dubara krwa lete h , Sunday bhi krna , Night bhi krna, This Company GM wants to You , Tujhe 24 ghante company ke liye sochna h , kbhi bhi need ho without any excuse company mei aa Jana h , aur yhi marwani h.

Work experience is great. There is no scope of carrier growth it doesn't matter how hard you work and how good is your performance.

Salary is good and on time. You will receive your salary on time but carrier growth is slow.
