Healthy work environment.colleagues are quite supportive and helpfull . I like working here because even in this pandemic i get full support in terms of salary, job security and work from home in this lockdown period..where other companies has reduced their staff but company like Ram Ratna International still believe in their and staff and has given full support. Company policies are good.appraisal is fair enough and also gives bonus every year..

Salary is good but career growth is slow.otherwise all good

The company is family driven and each employee is taken care like a family member only. Salary, expenses and variables are always on time ! Bosses are very cooperative and culture wise people free to discuss anything both professional and personal at any given time ! Company is quality conscious so you will always get top class products. Sales pressure is not like most of the companies but yes you need be performing , company will give ample of time to judge you!

Mostly company gives you everything - Flexible timing and nice work place. No complains so far !

Management is not helpful, doesn't listen to the complaints of their staff, the canteen food is not satisfactory. No matter how much u complaint the management dosen't even bother to do anything. They just find people to blame their mistakes on others
