Nothing is there to like. No structure no HR policy No basic facility in the office premises. Its like working for grocery store. NO leave policy NO medical insurance no increment no recognition no promotion

Dislikes

The father of CEO runs the office like his house schooling everyone. U will feel u have come to a kindergarten. No basic amenities. No Leave policy no HR policy. Strict work timings. No breaks just 30 mins lunch break. No culture. People can open your desk and take things. No lock n key provision. No sick leave no casual leaves nothing atall. Unless ur in a crisis don't join.
