Nothing is there I dislike about Rotex becos it is Great Place For Work....Just need to pay attention to employee growth & training, understand potential and according to that job profile....otherwise everything is okay

...k from home -director involve and take meeting online for safe work from home. -No salary deduction -within 1-2 day new policy "work from home" made -laptop / desktop issued to all employees to work comfort -all facilities will provide to all employees to work efficient from home -rotex will start to poduction for medical department due covid-19 and help to India government -also rotex employees will collect funds from their salary on their willing to give. Not mandatory. -rotext also support lockdown activity while start it to till end

Everything is good. Only work load is too. But it is part of the work. Plan according to.

I have work in Rotex manufacturers and engineers pvt ltd as Executive design engineer. Company has good culture, gender equality, gives respect. Company has superb manufacturing shop floor, quality centre, equipped with ASRS inventory control, Canteen and last part is Building itself, Its like working in MNC's. they have R&D labs for prototyping,development, executing new ideas for easy fast assembly of their products. What I like the most is their execution towards completing the projects. They follow many industry standards to meet foreign customers requirement including manufacturing techniques to the quality techniques.

Dislikes

Though company is very good and better work culture, sometimes you may feel imbalance in work and personal life. Company has standard products and less room for everyone to learn new product development mostly repetative type of work.

Infrastructure is good.. Owener of this company is verry supporting.. Nice person

Worst design manager i have ever seen. No time limit only for design member. Very rudely talking.. You have to forgot your personel life if you working with that psyco manger.

Providing work from home permanently with PF,esic , maternity leaves also with not so much pressure job

Giving very minimum wages without wifi reimbursement and need to work before for any festival holidays
