RITS offer work from home work mode which I really like about this company.

Dislikes

No appraisal, bad leave policy, no paid leave. For PF employee have to pay employer share also other wise no PF. It's feel like employee are daily wages labour

A huge list starting from terrible management, to the worst manager Jeff sachdeva, people with skills won't get promotion people who does buttering will get it. Management will do make a new rule at the time of your appraisal so that you will not get your appraisal. Work-life balance is terrible here you have to work weekends. They don't even provide you health insurance.

There were nothing good about that company that i will remember in my life. The company didn't help me by any chance in covid 19 lockdown. Instead the use to threaten us that we will loose the job. They didn't provide me my 3 months salary from april-june 2020. The company is not professional enough to have a work permit. One of ther office in hauz khas is in a house 2nd floor. Worst company ever. Worst professional experience ever. I was very lenient while giving them rating here

Everything. They should have a more professional staff. Everyone is abusing everyone there on the floor. Especially, Shanky, Sandeep anand, jeff sachdeva.
