I am working in Rosa power on contract basis through Prashant pollution control in EHS department for Environment Chemist. Work culture in Rosa power is very very good by which all workers work together as a team of Rosa power and put the Rosa power at high levels in power sector. Safety culture is very strong point of Rosa power by which Rosa power develop a healthy environment for working under safe environment under minimized pollution.

Dislikes

When their is vacancy in Rosa power in any department then new employee on pay roll are come from outside and having least knowledge of plant are joined but the employee of contract which have more knowledge and familier with Rosa power are not joined on payroll or we can say management not giving chance to working as a onroll employee

With respect to career growth, freedom innovation.. it is excellent. Working environment is also very good.. One can grow exponentially, if having the caliber... with strong sense of commitment and determination...

Rosa Power Supply Co Ltd is a best thermal power station in India because there's some special point likes Township, location & greenery also.

Dislikes

Actually there is some problem related to increment & job security & career growth.

Has a good Training Centre with Simulator headed by a Good Faculty Good work life balance since the Township located close by to the Plant has all amenities and facilities for recreation.

Dislikes

Since most of the employees are from nearby places they go to any extent to secure their position and hence are not interested to try new things
