...rk cultures. Good infrastructure. Well located place and climate (gokak plant ). Salary at accurate time. Well preference about safety

Dislikes

People with no broad mind. Non management people with union difficult to handle. No scope in career growth if working here continuously. No time for personal work. Actul working hours is 8 hrs but its always more than 10 11 hrs. No facility like transortation by company. Managers will not allow to take leaves and let the leaves get lapsed. Its alwasy be pressurized job to work on 24 hrs running plant.
