After working for 2 Years, These are my observations. 1.Those who are looking for only teaching job and salary, then can join here. 2. Timings are good 9:15 am- 3:15 pm. 3. Metro Connectivity is good, as it at the heart of the city. 4. Staff is good and unite.

Dislikes

1. No career growth and research environment. 2. No increments. 3. Delayed Salary. 4. Workload is too much. 5. Clear boundaries between male and female staff. 6. Female employees are expected to do more work. Male faculties are pampered and doesn't involve in anything such as events, examination related duties, career guidance for students etc. 7. Centralised organisation, all the decisions (major and minor or minute) are taken by principal or chairman only. HODs are only for namesake. 8. Although it is OU affiliated, Doesn't follow OU Calendar. OU Holidays can get cancelled on Chairman's decision. Classes starts late and then pressure is built on faculties to finish the course. 9. No work is done ethically. You will be forced to opt for unethical practices 10. Highly demotivated staff and students. 11. No Insurance, PF, Salary Slips etc. 12. You have to deposit your certificates at the time of joining. 13. Only 12 CLs for whole year. No other leaves or benefits. 14. Admin staff has more respect, authority and access than teaching staff.

Good environment, good supportive Teammates and the management.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues , salary is decent but career growth is slow,There is a bond of 2 years. At the same time,on the job training is not given to new joiners.
