...n the intern period is about to over they fire, sometime without giving reasons. (This way they escape from giving salary hike to others and replace them with a new inter at low cost). They chant the word "family" but are backstabbers. If you fulfill the criteria of resigning and wish to leave happily then they will worsen your left nuber of days by ill behaving.

Nothing they say they are a family but if you speak with seniors they will snitch on you to the management and get you fired The company culture is worst they only say they are family

No job security fired anyone without providing a warning or anything and asked to not come again
