Very great company to work on. you can learn there compounding , material testing, documentation and much more. Management have also provided highly expensive testing equipment.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too high both physically and mentally. I guarantee you will not able to work there for 2-3 year especially at the R&D department I had seen 4-5 colleague left in front of me in my 2 year job if you sustain there I'll admire you. Don't think about the appraisal more then 10% until you are ---- you know that I mean. No traveling facility .
