Romsons has good building infrastructure it matches with the industries standards.

Dislikes

Romsons has nothing to be liked as an employee, other than timely salary. There are no actual policies, there is no work culture...most of the policies are just an eyewash. To survive in this organisation each employee will have to do the flattering to one or the other director.. The culture is such that other than the relative of the top management whatever skills you as an employee but for the management it doesn't make any difference, all employees whatever may be the level are treated just like a clerk or a labour. No job security,. No appreciation for work/skill/education/experience...,just licking/flattering works here. I would not suggest anybody especially the young employees to join this organisation otherwise they will kill there career.

Fully air conditioning work area because of plastic item manufacturing

They put you on night shift and forget to change, Salary were not satisfied your work effort, The behaviour of managers are not good even they will not appreciate ur work

There is a lot of career and new learning for a freshers and good salary hike and bonus every year, company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics in every department and working environment is very little bit poor.

Worst organization, management, Superior, HR. I had never work before in this kind of organization.

No reason after growing territory but bcs of mis-management decisions ask for Leave without any proper reason.. Also hold Confirmation for years after working in Growing territory..

Company is fabulous when we go to the field the acceptance where great saying Romsons family is great

In terms of appraisal and incentive our managers have politics and geting a response from company was very poor they won't care customers even employees
