MD, Mr. Dhawan, One of greatest person, always interacting like friend and colleague and always motivating and directing the employees, A good human being and a mentor.

Culture, A full drama and office politics can see there, in generally and absence of MD, everyone try to dominate on juniors, showing their seniority in dis-respective, negligence, and in a bad manner. Specially for fresher or new joiner.

Likes

Company has a bit of casual work approach. There is no pressure unless senior authorities visit the place.

Dislikes

Senior management lacks in a lot of aspects, specially in training and leadership. New and young employees are not given proper training. Also, communication and taking up of responsibilities by seniors is missing. Also, there is a lot of corporate politics and personal biasness which I feel is not good in corporate world.
