Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

There is nothing to like in this wrost company..

One of the worst company in India, this is a blot on the name of the company, this company should fire anyone at anytime without prior information and without any reason, they had also looted many employees salary including me.. My 4 months salary was looted by this company.. I have complaint for this to all relatives Authority’s but no one can help me including labour court & Labour commissioner.. This company threatened threatened their employees when they asked for Salary... I pray to God that Company gets locked and the owner of the company comes on the road.

Work culture Salary policy very bad provided salary 6 month latter.if somebody quite the job instead of serve notice period they did not provide full and final amount.I don't know in india what does Labour welfare dept.they also not take any step against this.

7 months ki salary nahi de rahi Very bad management Koi nahi sunta. Joining formalities mein 3 mahine lagata hai aur jab joining ho bhi gayi to salary nahi deti. PD ka chalta hi nahi hai. Sabhi senior bus naam ke liye hain.

The structure here is very good, there are big contractors who can finish the work well.
