The Salary is very less, i.e based on the agreement or like a tenure. There is no compensation and benefits. They are not providing any facilities to the employees.

While I am working in the Roadmap I got good knowledge in ERP process. I gained good knowledge in oracle SQL and plsql. So I got opportunity to increase technical knowledge.

Dislikes

In Roadmap they are not follow perfect work culture. Like that they are not estimate how long periods or manhours to complete the target task. They are not collect the fulfledged requirements from the clients.During the study project manager and members only done oral studies then discuss with Technical Head define the process logic and tables and screens. After that give the training to the client they raise again some inputs otherwise we are developing not actually match with clients process cycle them demolish or modify the developed process. Hence client not satisfy upto they get correct process flow. During the travelling as developer we are very hurting by the management of Roadmap. So I am dislike because they are not define the work boundary and timeline.

Its a great pleasure to work in Rmap. Got lot of positive energy whenever interact with people. More than a team mate they are like a family. Gained lot of knowledge about a product ..trained faculty who are easily approchable.

You are always treat like student, Worst behaviour of senior peoples. U need to work more than 12 hrs per day, u are always shifted to any client, at any time, u can't balance ur life, always senior employee notice your attitude, u can't able to smile without there permission, salary is very very low. Pls don't think about the holidays... And also that didn't give a personal leave too. Pls join this company when u didn't have a chance.if they send to your for client side.. then you are not a developer.. u just a post master... They will never leave u even after the notice period.
