Cheap mindset of Promoters and Management. Fake promises on Hiring. Major challenge will be Job security. You will be asked to perform task other than job roles. No growth in company. If you want detectives to be watching/ litigations you then you are welcome. Company doesn’t give anything in writing and will ask employees to give everything in writing.

Team mates were excellent. Good place to start off the the career. Work environment was kind of ok. Work life balance was decent.

Being into international sales, traveling was limited to director and Sr. Manager. Also salaries was pretty low as this was my first company to start career.
