... hire people , they fired them whenever they want without any reason. No growth. Your designation can be promoted but not salary. No professionalism. It doesn't feel like an MNC . It feels like factory of uneducated peoples. Even seniors don't have any professionalism. The condition of seniors is such that if they are thrown out of this company, even a street dog won't ask them out

1. Office politics 2. Rude behaviour by managers and team leads. 3. Unprofessional behaviour by General Managers and vice presidents 4. Probation period is 1 year for trainees and they even extend it to more 3 months. 5. Even they fire people after probation period. 6. There's no work culture and no work life balance. 7. Even you have to work on Saturday and Sunday either in office or from home if they provide you laptop 8. People over there don't even know how to speak English excluding the higher authorities. 9. If you sweet talk seniors or managers then only you'll grow or else you'll be discarded. 10. No appreciation, no perks, no recognition, waste of time in such a MNC. My honest review after spending 1.5 years as a trainee and on probation period. I joined there as a trainee and was on probation for 1 year and even after providing the best and proving my efficiency, my probation got extended for extra 3 months just because I didn't sweet talk my manager and general manager's. After completing the probation period when the time came for my confirmation, they fired me saying that there's some internal issues in the organisation and no performance issue of mine.

... The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

Salary comes on time. Job security.

Dislikes

No work culture, no learning, no work life balance. Seniors always start project wihtout knowing the actual requirement and then juniors have to update and fix their bugs. Junior employees are like slave they will have to work any time whatever weekend or night time you have to ready to work. And get appreciation. Only seniors and lead will get appraisal. Too much politics. Seniors will get WFH any time but no policy for juniors.

...e you work there. But professionally I won't recommend to hang in here for long. Just get a raise in you salary and move on from here.

Everything...Indeed. Environment, culture, Ethics. This Org has got nothing that would make it a compitetor or an MNC
