Hectic work timings: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. 4. No work-life balance, as one has to spend all the day at office. 5. No official or national holidays. They even have half-days on two Sundays of the month. 6. No career scope.

Only the Name of the company as this organization is 70 years old so everybody knows the name and trust on company.

... the HR duty she even don't know. She is not a HR she is kind of secratery only. You will not get the relieving letter and Salary slip on time even after 6 Month of leaving the company. And when you will ask for the same she will give you lame excuses. Worst company culture and You can only stay in the company if you are ready to do buttering. Older employees are looting the company and the director is still believing on them blindly. Every day they change their rules and regulations. I will say if anybody planning to join please don't join

The most stupid owner of company i had ever met. Baniya kind of company. The employees working from so long in this organisation then are just looting the company and the owner think that he knows everything and the surprise is that the employees on who he trust blindly are actual bugs for the organization and this thing he doesn't know and even doesn't want to see the truth.
