Salary is low...there is no canteen...condition of girls' washroom is very bad...location is far...no vehicle is available in emergency... ........there is no medical here.....

If any one delete the review it's not my faults , very disgusting company you may call as lala company.No rules no regulation, no quality measurement, lack of knowledge.And if any one ask or raise questions they kick them off.

Totally lala company black spot on the name of industry.They don't pay your salary 4-5 months, when you ask they said they some problem in server next month you will get After 3-4 month they kick you off without any experience letter.Join on your own risk.

Company has different types of skills to learn because it's produced different type of material boxes like SMC, FRP, Metal and plastic products also.

Employee benefits like timely increment and promotion are not there properly.

The company has sone really good employees who proved to be very supportive colleague.

Majorly issue is of not disbursing the salaries on time and then overburdening the employees. The attrition rate is high as good employees do not work for long time spans. There is no way for employees’ recreation to refill enthusiasm in them. Increments are not good and management does not retain the good employees at all
