1) It would give a great learning experience, very good exposure in both technical and customer management perspective. 2) Have opportunities to learn new technologies at the early stages since RM adopting latest technologies in fast pace . 3) Shift allowance 4) Team outing and Annual day 5) On-site opportunities

... to Team . 2)Micro management in some teams . Not following corporate standards. 3) Salary and benefits low for experienced compared to the industry standard.

Likes

Since RM is a product based company, beginners will get ambient time to learn skills. Most of the colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisal and salary is far low for each positions compared to the market rate. There is also severe disparity when it comes to packages for existing employees. Work life balance is not at all good, most of the times u have to over work to claim enough points in a week. Even if u work perfectly for 2 or more years, u could easily end up in PIP, If u did'nt claim enough points in a month, which is pressurising.

.... *Nice peers. *Work-life balance is average. *10 days leave during Christmas. *Salary hike is not that great. *Travel opportunity- Well that all depends on the department we join.

Salary hike is not satisfactory. Strict working hours. No work from home option.

Likes

Great work culture, talented work force from bottom levels, cutting edge technologies, provide superb facilities at work like '2 monitors, headsets, telephone, etc' for all, lot of cultural, sports & fun activities inside, cash gift for Birthdays.. Team outing, dinners, DJ nights are there.. Management persons and HR are very friendly and approachable at all times.

Dislikes

Poor salary package at bottom level. So this will affect on appraisals as well.. No work from home. Otherwise very good.. If you got good package, then dont miss out RM..
