They provide salary on time and for girls they dont allow to seat after working hours.

Dislikes

There is no skill development, No official promotions, salary offered on the bases of employees response or behaviour...Hardworking and smart employees will not get good hike and promotions, these people being judged in the office. Some seniors male and female from past few years playing mind games and contneously disturbed workholic person.

Apart from a quiet environment to work there's noting great about this company.

Dislikes

You won't get actual experience for the job role you're selected for. You'll have to deal with high workload, office politics, micro-managing, unsolicited advises, minimal pay etc.

... to life balance is maintained to some extent.(But not every Saturday is off) 1. Salary is given on time.

Dislikes

1. There is no job security at all, they can just make you leave for no or absolutely rubbish reasons without any prior notice. So don't even think of growing your career over there. 2. They are not the good payers, they'll make work for double the price they pay, also if you had a certain package in the prior company they are not gonna give hike on the package guaranteed and not just that but they are gonna make you work in less than that instead. 3. You get ZERO appreciation for your work and more criticism. 4. Management is not firm on the decisions they take. 5. When it comes to appraisal, they'll hand you over with the peanuts and treat you like monkeys. 6. The working environment is spoiled due to politics by a few which disturbs the entire company especially from the accounts section who has nothing to do with other departments and the management still tolerates & encourages this kind of behavior for SOME reasons. 7. The management interferes in you personal space.

If you want to learn and develop it's good place. As a small company you will get chance to play different roles, specialy customer interaction.

Dislikes

Salary apprisals are to bad..atleast my time. Also each activity micro manage by owner. You fill that you are under observation all the time.

Since RM is a product based company, beginners will get ambient time to learn skills. Most of the colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisal and salary is far low for each positions compared to the market rate. There is also severe disparity when it comes to packages for existing employees. Work life balance is not at all good, most of the times u have to over work to claim enough points in a week. Even if u work perfectly for 2 or more years, u could easily end up in PIP, If u did'nt claim enough points in a month, which is pressurising.
