Most of the team is from North India ( behar , Kolkata, ) if you are from south you will be cornerd and you won't get support and coordination from other members they don't treat everyone same because you only person is different in team that lead to your performance and coordination .. no biometric so no one knows you came or not .. there is no follow up about work ..

They did not consider your hardwork ..they only want intern in less salary..also not gave Full time employment after your hardwork. They hire intern in every three months and after that told to uit job as they did not have any need.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security. They don't consider your hard-work and fire you whenever they want. The seniors have no idea what they are doing. There is no proper mentorship or guidance for new comers. They laugh at us for making mistakes and never properly guide us into what we’re supposed to do.Everyone secretly hates each other and toxicity is over the charts. Lots of dirty politics. There is no growth or learning opportunity. Never join this company unless you want to ruin your life.

I loved being a part of the social media team of Rizzle. I have got a great team to work with and having very talented people around me has really helped to improve my work. Most of the team members are very supportive and cooperative. And I also like professionalism which is maintained throughout all the departments.

Dislikes

There is a preference policy goes around when it comes to appraisal and acknowledgement. Specially the social team is totally denied of the acknowledgments that it deserves. Person to person politics is very harsh which suggests the appraisal problem. Unless you are part of the proffered teams of the authority, you are not going to get any appreciations for your hard work.

I really enjoyed working in rizzle, because they don't have limited leaves so if you had an 2 emergencies in a week they really get understood you problem and really take care of employee mental health though we enjoy contributing for short videos

Job guarantee - when i got interviewed i reconfirmed and mention is this job guaranteed or not they said "yes" only after my internship for 3 months, so in my 3rd month i recalled my HR that i was about to finish my internship period in a week and i want to know your decision on me, then talent acquisition came into frame and she had pushed me for 2 more months extention and then they will consider my job status after these 2 months(total of 5 months) itseems so i suggested atleast you need to hike my stipend(mentioned her my personal genuine reason to her) then after no response from any of them ,I texted her again after a week she said "will get back to you" and never responded back, Personally I didn't expected this kind of response from my team cause i am not comfortable asking for hike thrice so they really took advantage of that or maybe a coincidence that they forgot there is an intern working for them.
