There are lot of politics, salary issues they have fired many people who cant come to office during lockdown and also there is also salary deductions uptown 50%. Worst company to work with.

On job training is good. Career growth is good if you stay in the company for more than a year. Because your colleagues will definitely resign before one year. Average tenure of an employee is less than 1 year, due to heavy sales pressure. Business model is too good.

Dislikes

...is handled by the top management is pathetic. The biggest liars are the HR team. They lie a lot about the variable pay which is 20% of your package. Ideally, nobody will get variable pay.

Helped me to learn more about logistics field. Got new friends in my life through RIVIGO.

Salary reduced becz of cost cutting. Appraisal also stopped. For cost cutting instead of reducing employee salaries or holding appraisal they could have taken some other actions.Because it demotivates us to put same effort which were like the start.

Good freedom for employees. Friendly environment. Salary is good. Personal imporovement is based on our own involvement. Technology is good. Work life balance is very good.

Opportunity for youngsters is very less. Promotions are directly based on politics. Less chance to improve personality. Company culture is not OK.

...ted in case of 3PL site problems. Poor HR support due to third party engagement. Salary not as per work profile this as per CTC. HR plays with me and taken benefit of unemployed condition, offered lower ctc and responsibility offered higher side.
