All are well but, Salary issue. Not getting actually salary which was committed at the time of interview. HR & Management making me fool after joining.

HR making me fool after joining the job. At the time of interview He said Your in-hand salary ×××× for Operation Supervisor, But in actually got 3000 rupees less in my salary.

3rd class facilities and 3rd class company. Not for only covid sitivation this company is continued cost cuting of employment and salary from jan to till covid19 given the reason beforecovid19 for indian economic is very poor condition . Continues harassment to employees specially in Mumbai (Bhiwandi)

Rivigo is the comp where any one can rate himself according to their task and responsibility get feedback about his job in every three months,it helps anyone in improve himself in their area of improvement.after working on them growth opportunity take place and anyone can get career growth,promotions etc. Its have latest technology apps for daily operation which make works smooth and easier.

Rivigo provide growth to their employee according to their rating on kRA and KPI.its not necessary that you have a superior position and having more salary. Anybody from different levels get the growth and salary according to their performance rating.

...ted in case of 3PL site problems. Poor HR support due to third party engagement. Salary not as per work profile this as per CTC. HR plays with me and taken benefit of unemployed condition, offered lower ctc and responsibility offered higher side.

White Collar Employees (above G.M level)are very egoistic. Very toxic environment in office. Even after achieving 100% KRAs, Job Security is Zero , threats of job loss .
