Dislikes

Salary reduced becz of cost cutting. Appraisal also stopped. For cost cutting instead of reducing employee salaries or holding appraisal they could have taken some other actions.Because it demotivates us to put same effort which were like the start.

...'s to smoothens the operation process,Pit stop for faster transit,Relay model. 2- Salary package is excellent if you compare with the other logistics company for fresher & Experience. 3- Hiring process in clusters are week they hired un-eligible people in Rivigo. 3- Overall good work environment so you never feel sad because in Rivigo working is fun.
