Low budget & salary for HSE personal. Site lead will added more dept. Like- H.K, Facilities & SLP with safety dept. If you say that I am only for safety, then they will do corporate politics and at last you will resign from your post.

...ll . They dont like peoples coming from other state . There is lot of politics . Salary and the career growth is very slow. Overall experience is worst .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also, thre is job traning for freshers, hence senior folks like me guide them step-by step, which is a pain sometimes.
