They didn't support us on COVID-19. Even they have cut the 35% salary for 3 Months in Covid Pandemic.

Work Culture between the Teams are very good. Peaceful Job but Top Management is not observing your hardwork. They just try to reduce their cost and forget about some basic benefit or the employee and basic Facilities to run the business.

...ted in case of 3PL site problems. Poor HR support due to third party engagement. Salary not as per work profile this as per CTC. HR plays with me and taken benefit of unemployed condition, offered lower ctc and responsibility offered higher side.

White Collar Employees (above G.M level)are very egoistic. Very toxic environment in office. Even after achieving 100% KRAs, Job Security is Zero , threats of job loss .

HR Department. And Operation higher Management totaly un experience of Operation processes at bottom level. HR. Department doing partiality between employees. Job safety is nothing. Daily working hours extended due personal life effected.

...k-life balance - has to come on duty in weekly off days. And it is mandatory. 2. Salary benefits - No way 3. Promotion - if you will need to promote then you need to leak 4. Job security - this will be your dream, but it's not true at all. 5. Work satisfaction - there have no any satisfaction, until you left the job permanently. 6. Company Culture - this will get you surely in trouble.
